Celebrating BTN’s 31st Anniversary and Re-Opening to Visitors

* UPDATE* In light of rising positive case numbers, we have decided to limit our public visitation days (beginning July 1st) to WEDNESDAYS, THURSDAYS, & SATURDAYS from 10AM-2PM.
We will, however, be closed Saturday, July 4th. We will be open on Saturdays starting July 11th. We apologize for the confusion but want to take as much precaution as possible so we can still provide a safe environment for our guests, staff, volunteers and animals. Masks will be required and entry will be limited to 20 guests at a time on the Wildlife Walk. We look forward to seeing you (safely) soon.

Today is a very special day! Back to Nature Wildlife Refuge was incorporated as a non-profit wildlife rehabilitation organization 31 years ago (June 23,1989)! We are happy to announce that we will be re-opening to the public on July 1st! Our new visitation hours will be 10am-2pm, Tuesday-Sunday. Gift shop specials will also be available!
We are following all county guidelines and mandates regarding Covid-19. Please be prepared for a possible (brief) wait to enter the Visitor Center and/or Wildlife Walk areas, as there will be limited capacity within these areas, for your safety. The animals look forward to your visit!
